Now he must go head-to-head with the psychiatrist Dr. Gottlieb as his only chance to recover his memory. Col. Halsey is a stealth fighter test pilot in the highly classified project Black Magic. Is Dr. Gottlieb a helping professional or is he a counter-intelligence agent sent to debrief Halsey? - Ever since their parents died a few years ago, Ryo and his sister Akane have been living alone together. Despite their difficult situation, they are still living reasonably happy and normal lives. However, everything is about to be flipped upside-down due to a secret government project. Due to increasingly low birth rates in Japan, the Japanese government is testing a program in which two young people are forced to marry. Ryo wants no part of it, but he is given little choice in the matter; his new fiancée, Shizuka, comes to his home late one night with several dozen government issued bodyguards, who are there to ensure the success of the new couple. Unlike Ryo, Shizuka couldn't be more willing to go along with this new program, and eagerly goes about her wifely duties, despite his objections. With meddling friends, pushy bodyguards, and an overenthusiastic new fiancée, Ryo's life has taken a turn in a direction the young man certainly didn't expect.

- Joe makes a music room in the attic for Helen. He moves a piece of luggage out for Brian, who discovers a secret note from their deceased father and key for a lock box. The duo set out on another finder's keepers quest, just like they did eight years earlier. They enlist Faye, Antonio and Casey on their quest, which takes them to Boston, New York, and eventually back to Nantucket, only to find another suitcase in the airport locker, right next to the one from eight years before. Helen plays for another symphony and gets turned down again.
- This time the suitcase actually contains money - a lot of money. Brian and Joe fight over what to do with the money, Joe always practical, Brian always impulsive, and go their separate ways. This leaves Fay wondering if she will still have a job, but instead Joe offers her 5% of the company for her loyalty. Helen hears back from the conductor in her interview and is invited to study with him in Vienna, but Joe doesn't want to leave Sandpiper. But when he learns of Helen's amazing opportunity he makes the ultimate sacrifice and finally actually agrees to sell Sandpiper to Roy, to go with her to Vienna. Brian readies for his departure to Bali, with Casey clinging at his heels, and readily signs for the sale, but after Joe signs Brian comes back and rips the contract. He tells Joe he will run Sandpiper for one year, and then Joe has to come back. This is of course much to the dismay of Casey, who has told off everyone on the island and quit her job. Joe and Helen leave, and Sandpiper goes on. But sadly not Wings.
